The Escalade was in better shape than most I've looked at and I think I got a very reasonable deal. We had a very pleasant experience with The Auto Livery. Randy was pleasant, informed, and "no-pressure" as he showed us a couple cars. Negotiations were quick and easy. We were allowed to get a pre-purchase inspection (which came out clean) and our pick-up was also easy. Jason also took time to show us "all of the buttons" so we could learn the car. It's only been a few days, but the car has performed very well so far. Overall very positive and no negatives. Would recommend.

Everyone wants a new car (yaaay), and everyone dreads the actual buying experience. My experience with Jason was excellent. He handled all the paperwork, and sent me all the necessary forms which I signed electronically. He also set me up with in-transit plates, so once the car was delivered to me, I was able to immediately drive it legally. As you would expect, various issues surfaced during the buying process, and Jason handled those quickly and correctly. I never got the feeling that he was ignoring my questions, always a factor when the dealer is 500 miles from you.
The actual condition of the car, once it arrived by truck in my driveway, was nicer than what I was expecting. A pleasant surprise for a Honda that is already 23 yrs old.
I noted that his website had some negative reviews, I guess there are some people who can never be pleased, but my experience was 100%, and I wouldn\'t hesitate to recommend AutoLivery to anyone.

Purchased a BEAUTIFUL low mileage old school Toyota Camry from these guys over the summer. Jason described the vehicle to me, over the phone, exactly the way it looked when we showed up, right down to a very minor problem with the driver\'s side vanity mirror. Enjoyed chatting with Randy while we waited to complete the paperwork on this gem. This is not your typical used car lot. Great people to deal with. Would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a low mileage well maintained vehicle!

With the vast array of incredible cars, trucks and motorcycles, I would venture to say there are few dealerships in America like Auto Livery. My primary interest and purchase was a perfect 2003 Harley Davidson Anniversary VROD, but scanning the inventory revealed several other cars and motorcycles I would love to own!
Jason was incredibly. I was buying online from Florida and he took the time to describe as well as do a zoom call to illustrate the cycle. It was everything he described before I saw it on Zoom! He afforded me time to visit about the bikes history as well as any questions I had. Perfect presentation in my opinion
In terms of our negotiation, we reached an equitable price we both could live with. Jason recognized my appreciation of the Anniversary Edition of the bike, and I think he really wanted me to have it, versus just making a sale. I would add our negotiations were always courteous and respectful of each other.
I couldn't make arrangements to get pick the bike up for a couple weeks, and the dealership stored it for me for free. When a friend of mine picked it up, it was ready to go, detailed and beautiful! It arrived in Florida in perfect condition.
I have the highest regards for Jason and his business. I would suggest anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle or bike to check out the Auto Livery and their interesting and eclectic inventory. You wont be disappointed!!!

I cannot say enough good things about The Auto Livery. This truly is a no-pressure dealership. We interacted with three employees during our purchase and they were all so helpful. Natasha helped with our paperwork and was warm and funny. She patiently answered all our questions and made the experience fun. My jeep came with a dual top kit, and Jason showed us how to remove the convertible top and install the hard top, as well as how to remove the doors. Most dealerships would take the time to do this. I also feel like we got so much value for what we paid. I would definitely shop here again.
