The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales.

Payment Methods
Cash, certified check, wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.

Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $2500 non refundable deposit deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within one week of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Fees and Taxes:
Unlike many other Ebay sellers, The Auto Livery does not charge ANY fees for paperwork, titlework or temporary plates. All final selling prices include all necessary paperwork, titlework, and a 30 day Ohio Temporary Plate. All OH residents will be charged sales tax based on their county at the time of sale. All out of state residents are not charged any OH taxes by The Auto Livery. All out of state residents will receive an OH non-resident title perfected in their name within 30 days after payment and paperwork is received. The Auto Livery will collect sales tax for the resident of the states of AZ, CA, FL, IN, MA, MI, SC, and WA. These taxes are the rates in your state and will be forwarded by OH to your state so you will NOT be paying taxes twice. Please call with any questions or to clarify BEFORE you bid, make an offer, or agree to buy.

TRANSACTIONS:
We must receive an Email within 24 hours of the end of the auction with the winning bidders name, address and contact phone numbers. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THIS INFORMATION WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR WINNING BID AND SELL THE VEHICLE OR ITEM TO A DIFFERENT BIDDER. A deposit of $2,500 is due from the winning bidder within 48 hours of the end of the sale. Final payment is due within 7 days of the end of the auction. Sales tax and applicable title and registration fees are due for residents of Ohio.
TRANSPORTATION:
Winning bidders are responsible for payment of shipping from our location. Shipping arrangements should not delay payment terms. We will assist in arranging transportation if necessary. Visit www.movecars.com for a list of transporters.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment for down payments and deals can be made by credit card, cashiers check, money orders, and bank wire transfer. THERE MAY BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR FEES ASSOCIATED WITH A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT.

FINANCING:
Please have your financing in order before you bid or call us for pre approval from one of our lenders. WE DO OFFER NATIONWIDE FINANCING WITH APPROVED CREDIT. VEHICLES 2001 AND NEWER MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR LEASE. RESTRICTIONS DO APPLY.

CONTRACT:
REMEMBER YOUR BID IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BID.WE WILL SEEK COMPENSATION FROM NON-PERFORMING BIDDERS AND WE WILL POST NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.

CONDITION:
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. The Auto and Cycle Livery Group has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail.
